There is a misconception that managed print and document technology is only for "big business". Today, we partner with businesses and organisations with 1 - 100+ staff; from a single device up to 300 devices and more. If you are like most businesses and spending $200 per month or more on your printing, scanning, and other office technology, we can help.

Can you use my existing IT infrastructure?

We consider your existing IT infrastructure when planning the right document management solution for your business. Because we are an authorised dealer for Fuji Xerox Australia, our devices and software are compatible with the vast majority of offices. In implementing your new technology, we can liaise directly with your existing IT administrator to ensure a smooth transition.

How long are your service agreements?

There's a completely understandable fear of being "locked in" to a service that is a poor fit for your business. In fact, we've helped many of our customers transition to our service from other providers that implement practices we don't agree with; such as auto-renewing contracts, unpredictable or hidden costs, and substandard devices that are not up to the task.

Our agreements are fixed term, up to 5 years, and include built in flexibility so that your print and document technology keeps up with the changes in your business. Consumable and services costs are transparent and clear, and our service and support is second-to-none.
