Local cricketer bowled over by prize, sponsored by NT IT

NT IT used ‘star power’ recently to help with fundraising for local community organisation, PINT Cricket Club.

PINT Cricket Club have been a part of the Darwin community for almost 50 years, and NT IT were happy to help by sponsoring a raffle prize for their annual Quiz Night, attended by over 100 sponsors and members. 

The prize, thanks to Icon Sports Northern Territory, had a stack of amazing gear perfect for the keen cricketer, including an ICON DSLTD Mens Bat, batting pads, batting gloves and a cap. NT IT also assisted in obtaining BBL Hobart Hurricanes & International Cricket Star D’arcy Short’s signature for the bat, whilst he was in town playing the CDU Top End T20.

Congratulations to long-time PINT club member Stewart Young (pictured) on winning this fantastic prize.

NT IT has been a long-time supporter of local community sports & schools. Previous sponsorships include Darwin Golf Club, Casuarina Senior College, Batchelor Area School, Palmerston Golf & Country Club and St John Ambulance, amongst many others.
